UK's ASA Bans WiiU Commercial As Being "Misleading"

UK's Advertisement Standards Authority has banned a WiiU advertisement for being misleading.

The WiiU has a few games in its current library that support off TV play, as it is one of the big points of the WiiU. This is also the reason why it was banned. As they advertised that users can play games off screen, it must mean they can play all games off screen.

This does not help Nintendo who is having trouble selling in the UK at the moment. The UK has the worst sales globally, with a drastic difference between them, the US, and Japan.
